Meet Our Pastor: Mike Jones Mike Jones, the church planter who began First Heritage Baptist Church in 2013, is passionate about leading others to live out the gospel. Originally from Glennville,Ga. Mike felt called to serve in ministry and build a community of faith centered on Christ and His Word. He married his wife, Jenna, in 2009, and together they have a 6-year-old son, Emmitt, who keeps them joyfully busy. Mike’s heart for ministry is evident in his dedication to teaching and leading with authenticity and love. He seeks to inspire each member of First Heritage to grow deeper in faith and to reach out to others with compassion and kindness. Whether he’s preaching, leading Bible studies, or engaging with the community, Mike is committed to creating a place where everyone feels welcome and can experience the love of Christ. |

Ric Kimmich serves as a Deacon at First Heritage Baptist Church, bringing a profound love for the Lord and a lifetime of dedication to service. With 35 years of experience in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Ric’s background reflects a commitment to integrity, resilience, and leadership. His dedication to God and his willingness to serve others make him a vital asset not only to First Heritage but also to our broader community. Ric’s role as Deacon helps guide our church family with strength and humility, embodying the values we strive to live by every day.

Diane Kimmich serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of First Heritage Baptist Church, playing a vital role in the church’s leadership and operations. With a heart wholly dedicated to God, Diane's Prayer was to help establish a local, New Testament church in Fayetteville that would hold firmly to the gospel without compromise. Her dedication and faith have been instrumental in the founding and growth of First Heritage. Diane’s commitment to her faith and her organizational role continue to support the church’s mission, and she inspires our congregation to live boldly and share Christ’s love with the community.
